(Example: 145 (shirts) x $2.65 (3 Color Print) = $384.25 Total)
Price Guide reflects cost per print, each additional print (back/sleeve/etc.) is an additional cost.
Light colored shirts can be printed up to 10 colors.
Darker colored shirts can be printed up to 8 colors.
BASIC SETUP COST
• Screen Charge: $25 per spot color (screen stored up to 1 months)
• Transparency/Film Positive: $15 per spot color
• Custom Artwork: $45 per hour
• Simple Text: $25
ADDITIONAL COST
Color Changes : $10 per color
Printing Dark Colored Garments: add $0.50 per print
Water based Ink (only Light Colored Garments): Add $1.50 per print
Specialty Inks: add $1.50 per print
Inner Neck Tag Prints: $2.00 per print (after 72 pieces)
Individual Folding: $1.00
Individual Folding + Sizing Sticker: $1.25
Individual Folding + Poly-Bagging + Sizing Sticker (exterior of bag): $1.50
BASIC T-SHIRT PRICES
Prices will fluctuate due to quantities, sizes, and colors.
American Apparel: $5-7 per piece
Alternative Apparel: $5-7 per piece
Canvas + Bella: $4-6 per piece
Anvil Ringspun: $3-5 per piece
Gildan SoftStyle: $3-5 per piece
TOTE BAG PRICES
Basic 6oz 15x16: $2.25-$2.50 per piece
Heavy Duty 12oz 15x16: $2.75-$3.00 per piece
10oz 15x15x4 with the bottom gusset: $3.25-$3.50 per piece
Jumbo 12oz 20x15x5 with bottom gusset: $4.50-$4.75 per piece

OVERSIZED SCREEN PRINTING
Prints with an image size over 12”X16” require larger screens
We can print up to 15”X18”
Screens: $50
Print Cost: Multiplied by two.
Film/Color Separation: $30
RUSH ORDERS
7 business days add 25% to invoice total
5 business days add 50"% to invoice total
3 business days add 75% to invoice total.
1 business day add 100% to invoice total.

We accept Cash, Checks, Paypal, and credit cards
SET UP FEES AND FACTS YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- Minimum qty is 12 pieces.
- Pricing per Garment, Per Print Location.
- Dark garments may require and underbase. Underbase is priced as an additional color.
- Screen Printing uses one screen for each color in each design being printed. The service fee for each screen is $20.
- We will hold your screens for 30 days for reprints unless requested otherwise.
- Loyalty customers with two or more re-orders will have screen charges waived.
- Standard maximum imprint area up to 15x17, Jumbo (up to 15x23) / Contact us for quote.
- Thicker garments such as fleece and outerwear require more time and materials on press and will be charged and additional $1 per garment.
- Artwork must be provided print ready. Vector EPS/AI/PDF (If your artwork is not print ready, please see our artwork pricing page)
- Mix and Match Garment Types, print size/locations must be the same on all garments within an order.
- Ink Colors must stay the same within an order to avoid wash out fees. Add $10 per ink color change
- 100% Deposit required on all orders to cover the cost of garments. Balance due upon completion at time of delivery.
- Standard lead time is 10 business days from approval of artwork, acceptance of estimate and receipt of deposit.
- Rush printing is available at times at additional cost.
- Specialty Inks such as glitter and metallic may increase print cost. Contact us for a quote.
- Pantone matching can increase print cost, contact us for quote.
- The pricing breakdowns listed above represent our most common order sizes. We are happy to work with you on orders of more than 1500 shirts. Just ask us for custom pricing on larger orders!
- Customer supplied garments are subject to a handling fee. We require one additional garment as a test print for ink, temp and fabric compatibility.
