HOW TO FILL OUT A WORK ORDER FORM

The work order form is made to make the screen printing process easier and accurate. If you are new to screen printing you may be overwhelmed with choices and new information. Filling out a work order form is to make sure your order is as you requested.

STEP 1: CLIENT CONTACT

Please fill out all the basic information, including your name, company name, billing address, shipping address (if shipping), date and due date of the order.

STEP 2: JOB INFORMATION

Be sure to add your artwork name and information to this section. This is very important, so we can keep your designs organized.

STEP 3: ITEM, COLOR & DESCRIPTION

In the garment, brand and style section please fill out the as much information about the garment as possible. Note the color and size breakdown.

STEP 3: ENTER THE ARTWORK SECTION

Be sure to add all the details of your artwork in the lower part of the form. Include a graphic name, let us know if it's a new graphic or a re-print. If you would like us to size the graphic or if the graphic is already sized. Please include a shape where the print will be located. Front or back etc. Include pantone numbers if possible, if not please list the ink color names your graphic has. (ex: red, white and blue.) Be sure to add any special request in the empty box below.

Step 4. INVOICE & POST PAYMENT

Once all the details are sorted out. We will send you an invoice based on your order. If you approve it, then we can proceed with your order. We ask for full payment upfront before we can start on any order.

How much does it cost?

Several factors determine the cost of your order: the type of garment, the design to be printed, and the quantity you need. If you're working within a budget, let us know, and we'll walk you through some options.

What are your minimums?

Our minimum print run for any one design is 12 garments. However, to keep your printing costs low, we recommend a minimum of 12 pieces per color and print location in your design. For example, a 4-color front print with a 3-color back print would have a recommended minimum order of 7 dozen (84 pieces). Ordering below the recommended minimum can get pricey.

How quickly can I get my order?

Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days from the time an order is finalized, approved, and paid in full (unless other arrangements have been made). If you need your order sooner, we offer "Priority Printing" on a case-by-case basis for a turnaround as quick as 5 business days.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card, and ACH Payment (bank transfer). Card and ACH payments can be made via the payment link we send once you have approved your invoice and layouts.

Can you ship my order to me?

Absolutely. We offer free UPS Ground shipping within the continental U.S. with every screen printing order.

Do you source the garments or can i bring my own?

We do not accept customer-supplied garments. However, we have access to thousands of different styles from top apparel brands. Let us help you find the best fit for your project.
